As a well-connected Headhunter, she’s worked with some of the biggest names and top shops — from ad agencies to production houses to tech companies. She takes pride in her wide and diverse network of high-caliber talent.

Often, Britt goes beyond recruiting to help the Human Resources and culture side of the house, through ATS (application tracking systems), immigration Visa processing/management, talent database management and pipelining, HR consulting, DEI efforts, and compensation negotiations.

Even while juggling multiple clients, Britt loves to give back. She’s a FWA judge, which helps her keep a finger on the pulse of the industry. She’s also a guest speaker and teacher for Manifest Works, an organization that helps troubled kids and young adults from juvenile detention and foster homes get jobs in the production field (PAs and such). She now teaches courses on building resumes and holding interviews, helping these young people get their lives back on the right track.
